  How do I join?

There should be a box at the top of the page (under all the stats) with some options.  There should be an option to join.  Click that and you should become a member.  Depending, you may have to wait until one of the administrators accepts your application.

  How do I submit artwork?

After you've joined (read above on how to join), you simply just need to submit a deviation like you usually would.  You'll be given an option to submit to the group.  If you check that, your artwork will be sumit to both the group and your gallery (unless you submit exclusively to the group).

EDIT:  I'm not sure if the above works for everyone.  Alternatively you can submit art when you're in the gallery.  There should be a little '+' in the box of each category.  If you click that, you can "Submit a New Deviation" (I'm not sure if this works for anyone either) or "Contribute an Existing Deviation."  You can then submit your art.

For art that is not yours, you can simply "Contribute an Existing Deviation" and pick a deviation from your favorites or on deviantArt in general.  The artist will then have the option of accepting the request.

  How do I suggest favorites

Again, if you look in the box at the top of the page (the same box that you used to join), you will see a star and under it says "Suggest a fave."  Clicking that will open a box in the window prompting you to specify a deviation.  You can pick one from your own gallery and/or favorites, your friends, or from deviantArt itself.  The favorite will appear after you've submitted or after it's been accepted.

  How do I quit?

If you find you want or need to leave the group, you can do so by clicking your name near the top under the group's avatar.  You'll be given various options, and at the bottom should be the option to leave the group.
